What I want to see out of the guys tonight is 100% effort. I wan them to leave it all out on the field. I want to see some aggressiveness and utilization of the speed on this club. I want to see some life in the dugout. I want to see Willie cut out his Joe Torre impersonation and rally his troops. I would like to see Reyes and Wright show up because we can’t win without them. And if we get into the 9th with a lead or a tied game I want to see Wagner do an impersonation of a big time reliever. If they do this and lose I'll be satisfied this year. |

I want the crowd to be as loud as I've ever heard them not the sh*t they pulled at the end of game 2, a vicious, savage homefield advantage that will help give our team some energy and momentum I want the Mets to show the magic that they have shown throughout the franchise, to step up to the plate with our backs against the wall, like you said to leave it all on the field, and play like their is no tomorrow, well because if we lose there will be no tomorrow |

I know they can step up....I can feel it. They will leave it all out there tonight, give it all they have. We've seen it many many times before from this franchise, not just throughout this season but in seasons and postseasons past. It's the way the Mets are---they never just lay down and die. It's a trend with the orange and blue. |
