Delgado’s a poor defensive 1st baseman but hit 2 hrs and drove in 4 runs. This loss goes directly to Willie for falling in love with Mota and letting him blow his 2nd big lead in the playoffs. Heilman should have been in there when 2 guys got on base against Mota. Mota has a tendency to melt down at times and Heilman’s been getting the job done since the injury to Sanchez.

Willie manages a lot like Torre.

No doubt he was "Clueless Willie" tonight. Mets should still win that series though.

That was probably the only major mistake he made tonight and he has been doing a good job. But it was a major mistake and the only reason for it is that Willie does not like Heilman and has stated that he believes Mota is better than Heilman even though Heilman’s the one getting the job done for him.

But many of his moves are so much like Torre's.
