This is embarassing. This is a $130 million team. We used to laugh at high payroll teams that missed the playoffs. They were called the "Mets" and the "Orioles." Now they are called the "Red Sox."

One of the worst seasons of all time for this f*cking team, not because of the W/L record, but because of the incredibly poor roster construction, the arrogance of the front office, the pussiness and backbiting of the players, and the passivity of the manager. This team should be competing for a WS title with this payroll, and instead is looking at 85 wins.

16-2 against the NL this year. 53-50 against the AL. Just pathetic.


Barely over .500 vs. the AL. Remember 2 days ago when many people were wetting themselves about this series? Seems almost comical now.
