That error was bad, but this is a 2004, 2005 like effort from Mussina. Absolutely putrid inning, gotta pick up your teammates when they make errors.

That's not fair. Without A-Rod's error, it's a whole different inning. He was cruising.

They share the blame in my opinion, I put 75% blame on A-Rod, 25% on Moose. Obviously it could've been a different inning, but he's letting the Jays rip a new a-hole for him after that, you need to pick your teammates up he didn't do that here. Whatever, they need to put this entire inning behind them now and get the lead back. Brutal, brutal inning.

I can buy the 75/25 blame, I suppose, as long as an overwhelming majority of it is put on A-Rod's new sidearmed delivery. Apparently he thinks he's Terry Leach.

A-Rod's new throwing style.

All he needs is the cheesy mustache.

I knew it was just a matter of time before somebody brought that up.

If Alex doesn't do anything here, the Buffalo and Rochester area fans there might even boo his ass and they're soft lesbians!

I've seen too many scenerios where Mussina crumbled after a key error. And many times he was like lights out until then. HE DOES NOT pickup a player.

A blooper, a bleeder and a groundball double is hardly "crumbling."

The pitch to Glaus was horrible.

It's amazing, I'd think Mussina was one of these Yankee free agent flops who goes under .500 and struggles to a 5.00 ERA as a Yankee with all of the criticism he gets.

They eat you alive if you haven't won a championship. And that is on the media because of all the debate about greatness and how championships related to it.

In my book, Mussina has done his part. He was hurt the past two years, yet still had above .500 records and ERAs under 5.00. Those were his off years when he was struggling with a bad elbow. This year with Unit unable to be the ace, Mussina has taken over that role, but he can't win a title on his own, that's for sure. Look at the pitching staffs around him once Clemens and Pettitte left. With them, they went to two World Series. Mussina can't do it alone. I am not addressing you, MM. You get it. It's the others. I know, I know, he makes a lot of money. That's all they care about. How much money the guy is making.
