are we in deep sh1t already?

- Farnsworth is inked to big money and he's the 06' version on Mark Wohlers...lets be honest he gives up bombs b/c he throws flat...What makes you or the Yanks think he can turn it around here?

- Proctor is sh1t

- Aaron Small - can he be the swingman we so badly need? or will his Chariot turn into a pumpkin as well? ONE REALLY MUST FEKN WONDER WHY CASHMAN DIND'T PURSUE A LOAIZA TYPE FOR THE CLUB A guy who can come in and throw 3 solid Innings for ya...
And spot start...

- The Wanger...Oh my....Ima a scared Norton...you do relize if he doesn't win 15 we are fecked in the ear...

- Pavano - if Pavano sux as we expect and Wang does as well and Moose can only get us so far...we may be a third place club in the East.

- IF AND WHEN WE GO TO DEAL - IS HUGHES ALWAYS GOING TO BE THE ASKING PRICE?

Most of our better prospects were in Short Season ball last year. those guys producing in full season ball(hopefully) will make other guys expendable. Hopefully a few guys will play their way into trades.

- I always wanted Farnsworth for his toughness and the fact that he was a middle innings guy. Hitters don't get geared up as well in the middle part, as opposed to the end of the games. He could go through guys in the 6th, 7th inning without much pressure. Now, he's our main setup guy in New York, which is essentially a second closer with the pressure he will have him. I'm really starting to worry about this. I started worrying about this over a month ago, but the worry is just compounding. We NEED him to basically pitch like Tom Gordon did, and say what you want, Gordon was reliable for the most part, and I'm not sure he can do that. And yes, he does throw flat at times

- Don't disrespect the word sh1t ever again

- Ah, this doesn't really concern me. We had no right to get what we got out of Small last year; asking for it again and worse yet relying on it, we're in poor condition if we need Small. Swingman doesn't concern me. We need middle relief and Mussina and Pavano to step up. We got bigger concerns than swingman unfortunately. Villone, Wright, and Shiturtze can give us innings in the middle of the game.

- I just don't get the Wang concern based on yesterday's start. The guy was throwing a nasty changeup and experimenting with more off-speed than usual. The thing is Wang's got an amazing fastball, and he got by with it last year basically just using that. He puts it all together, he'll start getting Ks as well as the groundballs. If Jeter turns an easy DP, we're praising him today and not ragging him

- Mo Cena and Paul Vano are overpaid douchebags, and they are where the real concern lies in the rotation.

- I don't think Hughes goes. He's too well liked in the organization at this point. Word is Duncan's been overhyped, but maybe still he can get us something.

Completely agree with these two points. I have a feeling Wang is going to be wrongly blamed for what this infield does to him all year. Small is going to come back down to earth and shouldn't be expected not to. If he pitches like last year we're really really lucky.

I'm hearing that alot from statistical annalysts, but I read from people closer to the organization that the Yankees pulled a Cinncinatti Paul O'Neill on him and asked him to change his swing and hit for more isolated power last year at Trenton. He changed back before the AFL and won the MVP of that league. He looked good this spring and went 2-4 with a double in his first game tonigh. I could see(you guys are gonna think i'm crazy) him forcing Bernie to the bench and Phillips off the team come July/August if he's tearing it up in AAA and Cashman gets pressured to trade him or use him.

on edit Duncan hit a tripple tonight

Completly agree with Kocur on the pitching. Farnsworth is gonna be disappointment. I wanted him, but not in a role where he'd be any higher than 3rd or 4th on the depth chart. If we had him as the 7th inning guy behind Tom Gordon (I understand why he's gone but I'm saying) and somebody else, that would be fine. But as main man #2, he's gonna be like Karsay. And who knows, Joe just might stifle him enough to turn him vaginal like the rest of the roster.

Except for Rivera (who's dick I don't ride like most fans), I'm not confident in any of the Yankees' pitchers - starters or bullpen.

Its a pretty righteous dick, man. If you can't get on that c*ck you pretty much can't ride any.

I'll admit I was wrong about something. I took for granted the amount of relief pitchers available and I didn't think BJ Ryan was worth overpaying for. All things considered, 10 mil a year, while a bit excessive for a middle reliever, would have had us feeling a lot more confident about this pen. Farnsworth earlier in the game, Dotel, Ryan, Rivera= Scary

I'm riding Matsui's dick. And it's good too since I can't feel it.
