The sad part is this Oakland series was just a continuation of the Anaheim Wild Card round. They've become very adept at handing out games with horrid hitting, , especially with RISP, untimely fielding, bad managing, and and just gutless enough pitching. It pisses me off watching it too because you gotta see the opposing team celebrate, when they should take their handouts, say thank you, and go home quitely.

Even when you're not earning your victory? We haven't legitimately been beaten in quite sometime. I'm not saying we deserve to win, because obviously our ineptitude would dictate that we deserve what we got, but the opposition hasn't done anything to demonstrate they deserve the win

I know what you mean. And I was joking about it still being an honor to beat the Yankees. When the manager's stupidity donates a win and then the fielding and failure (it wasn't great pitching that got them out of jams but Yankees batters being overzealous), there isn't really reason to celebrate. Happy you got the win, but subdued cuz you didn't accomplish much.

Exactly. And when I see f*ckos having a field day either celebrating or doing something over their heads, such as Scutaro robbing Posada of a hit, I want them to start a brawl. Remember Bull Durham when Kevin Costner tells the batter the pitch that is coming and then yells at him when he HRs and stands at the plate? That's how the Yankees should feel; we gave you this, but don't you dare show us up in anyway.

A Wild Card berth and a 5 game beat down at the hands of the Red Sox in the ALCS. And I think I'm being generous with that prediction. I should really have us getting swept in the first round.
