After that ugly ass defeat last night, I just can't see taking 2 out of 3. |

Nah, today should be a win. Haren isn't that good. I'm just worried about Wang, I didn't like what I saw one bit in Spring Training from him. If he struggles, I could see a 7-5 loss. But I think we'll hit Haren. We hit Harden and Zito, so why not? |

I see what you're saying, especially since Haren relies on a slider so much as well as the fastball and he's very vulnerable to the HR ball, but he is good. We should hit him a little bit at least. Let's just see what Wang has. After yesterday's loss, it feels like we're destined to lose 2 out of 3. |

I'm glad I know this now, I can get some sleep. Thanks, Cano. Your prognostigating ability has never steered anybody wrong, and i'm sure it won't tonight either. |

On paper, we should win, but there's no reason after such a shitty loss last night that we should take this series. We deserve to lose it just based on Torre's retardation |

Well, generally speaking, we lose games we shouldn't on the West Coast, ala last night. There's usually an embarrassing blowout mixed in. I could see that tonight, but probably against the Angels. They usually get us for an embarrassment or two. Seattle hasn't been a nightmare since they moved to Safeco, although the Kingdome was a bitch for the most part. |

I think tonight is going to be one of those 10-9 games we're going to have to win this season. We'll see though. |

Rob thinks everbody sucks. . In this case I agree with him though. Like you said, Haren is good, but I feel like we match up pretty well against him. My guess is if Wang pitches well we'll win, if he pitches poorly we'll loose. |

He won't make the same mistake twice (will he?). There's no way Proctor will pitch again tonight...we'll take this series...especially with Haren pitching...7-3 |

If we're up or down 5 in the 8th Torre will bring Proctor in. He likes to get guys in the day after they f*ck up. I think Rivera pitches an inning today if the game is even close to being close. |

Would like to see Proctor back in if its a blowout. No reason he should've been put in that spot in the first place, so having him get a couple outs will hopefully boost his confidence, which'll be important if Torre really thinks he should be part of the solution to ending games. |

You know what's sad? If Torre carbon copied yesterday and Proctor gave away tonight's game, nobody in the media or that matters would question him. That f*cker should be wearing an eyepatch today from yesterday's managing, but he's not even being questioned |

Honestly, same situation tonight or in the not so distant future I'm not as mad about it. Proctor hadn't thrown in days from being with his sick daughter. You don't put him in the situation he came into to. Hell if it's Rivera I wouldn't do that. That's not a baseball managing mistake, thats just a people managing mistake in which you're not going to get the best the player has to offer. The unfortunate part is that's what Torre has been known for. |

Yes he will. It's been the same story for the past 4 years when it comes to the bullpen. |

You're talking about Proctor like he's actually a good pitcher. He didn't do well because he had just got back from spending time with his sick daughter? What is his excuse for sucking last year then? That still didn't stop Torre from idiotically using him in close games. Every time Proctor is brought in, it's basically Joe's way of saying "I surrender." It's a joke, and not only was it a people managing mistake, but is was certainly a baseball managing mistake. This guy should only be in games when we're up or down by 10, period. Like was said last night, Octavio Dotel can't get healthy soon enough. |
