Harden's control being off a little works to his advantage. Can't get too comfortable and less likely to exploit a mistake. |

Why not. He can get by with just his fastball. It's heavy and zips all over. Then, he's got a wicked slider, absolutely disgusting, and a split that drops off the table. You're done with 2 strikes, and he has just enough control issues to keep a hitter uncomfortable. |

Seriously, if you gave me odds, I'd make a bet Harden throws a no-no this year. All the stuff is there and he's got that control issue, whereas guys like Halladay and Santana are around the zone a little too much What a horrid way to end that inning. |
