A Rod HAS to come through here, we can't come up empty in this inning, that would doom us for the game!

Did you guys follow that split? It just died, speed wise and it sunk. We need to get these runs in. He's got his stuff. He just isn't locating the fastball yet. It's got zip though

That second pitch to A-Rod wasn't only 86 mph.

Harden with a "86mph" fastball thrown right past A-Rod. That YES gun sucks.

Damn it, A Rod was all over that 2-1 but fouled it straight back, that was his pitch to hit that at bat, he won't see another one.

If we don't score here it's like last year all over again...2nd and 3rd noone out and we can't get 1 run..

A-Rod K's!! :-||

Here comes my pick to click, Giambi.

If nothing else, Harden's going to throw about 25 pitches in this inning.

Let's hope Rob's pick to click can get these runs in!

Motherf*cking Sheffield and A-Rod. They had a few mistake fastballs and did sh*t and paid for it. He won't get hurt with 2 strikes. He's got a wicked slider and split.

A-Rod is back to his old ways. Striking out when needed most.

Bad sign if we come up empty this inning, this was our chance to get to him!

Damon's probably thinking "If Ortiz got a whack at it that inning it'd have been 3-0".

I knew it. Right after Jason swung like an a-hole at ball 4, I knew Harden would just blow one right past him. Terrible inning.

This guy is going to be dealing tonight. Those ab's by Sheff, A-Rod, and Giambroid were absolutely pathetic though. No excuse for not making contact there. What happened to doing the little things? All three went swinging for the fences like a-holes and came up empty. :fyou:

Giambi is one guy I have no faith in against a guy like Harden. Why the f*ck is Matsui not fifth? Harden was up with his fastball. Matsui could have hurt him.

Why'd you call a Giambi HR then? You're better than that. No way Jason can turn on a Harden fastball. f*cker's bat speed is not what it was when he was in Oakland. He'll hit .275 this year max. I don't care what anyone says, he does not look good so far, Spring included.

That's why this team won't be winning a WS. Our key guys can never get the big hit when needed. f*cking losers.

This forum is sucking balls and going really slow right now...Mussina's had good location so far

My prediction is Harden locates his fastball from this point on and we don't sniff him aside from a solo jack or two. I'm feeling Matsui. I really think he could have done something had Giambi walked or Matsui been batting 5th. That's another reason I'd like Matsui cleanup, he can put the ball in play.

Mussina looked relatively sharp that inning
