A Brockton first-grader was suspended from school for three days last month after school officials said that he sexually harassed a girl in his class. ADVERTISEMENT NewsCenter 5's Jim Boyd reported Tuesday that officials at the Downey Elementary School called the boy's mother, Berthena Dorinvil, on Jan. 30, and asked her to pick up her child from the school. Dorinvil said that officials told her that her son was being suspended for sexually harassing a 6-year-old female classmate. "My son told me that the girl touched him first, so he touched her back," Dorinvil said. "I was shocked. I was crying. I was out of control," Dorinvil said. School officials would not speak on camera, and police officers were posted at the school Tuesday afternoon. The school superintendent released a statement that said, "The safety and well-being of Brockton public school students and staff is of the utmost important to us, and we take all allegations of sexual harassment seriously." Dorinvil has asked school officials to transfer her son to another school, but officials have not agreed to her request. "When he comes home, he says, 'Mommy, are police going to arrest me?' I can't even make a phone call without him (asking) who I am speaking to. He is very frustrated because he is a very emotional kid. It bothers me so much to see my son go through this," Dorinvil said. |

:lmao: Nicole? Last year, I stared down a cute 6-year-old and pictured her 10 years older. I'm more of a criminal than the kid. I hope he touched her "special place." That would only make the story funnier. |

This girl who used to sit across from me used to touch my "special place" with her foot in like 3rd grade. She would pretend to kick me under the table. One time this other girl dared her to go under the table and punch me in the balls. She asked me if I would tell on her if she did it and I said no. So she did it, but she didn't really punch she just kinda touched me. Kids will be kids. I didn't go crying to anybody! It was great! |

Rob, she violated you. :crying: Do you feel scarred....or scurred? My 3rd grade class was me and all girls. In-between doing "Married With Children" impersonations and entertaining them bitches, I used to picture a few of them naked. I wished one of them 8-year-olds would've sexually harassed me. sh*t, I'd like for an 8-year-old to do it now. I don't even like female teachers getting in trouble for f*cking students. How is that molestation? I was leaving home this morning and Montell was on and it was some retarded sounding guy crying about his teacher doing him in senior year. So I stopped and watched a bit. This guy is saying how she ruined him and all he's remembered as is "the kid who f*cked his teacher." Senior year? Dudes, this ain't a 4th grader here. Senior year, you're 17 or 18. Being remembered as the guy who f*cked the teacher is better than "the retarded kid who I had 6th period history class with." |
