Aka, Me. The first award is a brand new award. It's called, "Cutie of the Year." It will be given each year to the hottest person on the board. The first ever "Cutie of the Year" winner is.... [size=14]BostonBoy16!! [/size] :partyhat: Posted Image Who saw that coming? :D Anyway, onto the serious award. The BAS/MSG Lifetime Achievement Award. Given to a poster who has been with us for years, through our travels from MSG, to MSGUncensored, to MetroSports, and finally onto BAS. This year's winner is, the one, the only..... [size=14]Kocur!!! [/size] Posted Image Love him or hate him, nobody can deny the impact he's had on us. From MSG to BAS, he's been with us ruffling feathers and making people laugh. He's been with us since MSG. A guy many people probably didn't want with us on our Lord of the Rings-like Internet journey to our final home here at BAS. He had his friends, but for the most part, most didnt like him. Saw him as an immature troublemaker. His antics (along with the stupidity of others) put our board in danger of being put on probation (and possibly shut down), Duffman and his goons were on here every day readin our board and action had to be taken. Kocur was banned and new rules were put in place. The new rules worked and BAS became a better place. But months later, a movement to bring Kocur back gained momentum and nearly tore the board apart. Lots of the staff didnt think Kocur would follow the new rules, and he would put out board in danger again, after long negotiations and arguements, Kocur finally made his return. He kept the promise he made to me that he just wanted to come back and be a part of the BAS family. Not a trouble-maker. He changed, but in many ways he's the same old Kocur from MSG. As much as I hated his way of posting for a period there when BAS first started and he came along, he's always been an absolutely hilarious poster. Even when it's obvious he's taking a side of an arguement just to ruffle feathers. Plus, his sh1t stories are the best. "My ass literaly exploded like a pipe bomb" and "another hot sh*t attack" still make me laugh. Hilarious. Kocur, you'll never be forgotten. You are a controversial guy, but I think you deserve this award. Congratulations! :rock:
