I thought you're supposed to be in your best shape early 20s. I'm trying to cut up and rid myself of body fat, in particular stomach, so I started running. My heart is still beating over 100 BPM. The thing with running is it usually only takes a few times to get used to it, but wow, that first time or two. I never hurt like that back when I did it in High School and early College. I tried to lose that sh*t with just weight training, but it wasn't working. I dread running. Boring and long, but it's a must to lose weight. |
