Too much CGI for my taste.

Go play soccer.

This movie will be great....all because it's Peter Jackson directing. He will not disappoint.

Go watch Dumb and Dumber.

You and I for the most part have similar tastes in movies but I think Kong is gonna be big time. I know it doesn't come out in Is Rye Al untill 2009 but I think you should see it.

Go watch Dumb and Dumber.

Fine. Enjoy Brokeback Mountain then. Although I hear Heath Ledger's c*ck is a CGI.

Whoever sees this movie report on it and let us know if the big ape gets some pussy. If he doesn’t then that explains why he was a mean sob.

I saw King Kong this afternoon, pretty good movie. Obviously can't call it a great movie since everyone knows the ending pretty much anyway, but it was a good movie. Pretty slow to start out, about the first hour or so maybe, then it picks up and gets real good, keeps you interested.

Great movie. I just got back from seeing it, and it lived up to the hype if you ask me.

It was a lot sadder than the original, if you ask me. In the original, Ann was screaming and yelling the whole time like a stupid bitch. In this one, she was actually smart enough to realize that Kong wasn't a savage beast, just a big animal who fell in love with her. What also makes it sadder is that Kong looks and acts like a real gorrila! Not some toy like in the 1492 B.C. version, or some dunce in a ape suit like the 1970's version. Watching Kong, who is just an animal, get gunned down and all shot up while trying to keep Ann safe from bullets and from falling off the building is just really sad.

Even though everybody knows what happens at the end, this one is a lot sadder. :-(

Yea man...some rough looking dude i glanced at looked like he was about to cry during this movie. So when I get outside...I see him headed towards his semi. Yea that's right, he was a truck driver. LOL. It was kind of funny.

I choked up...I wont lie.

What really depressed me was he reminded me of my dog. I just hate seeing the big guy die...especially in this. he was just a big gorilla. That scene where hes playing with Ann on the ice...hes just a big silly animal having fun there. Hes having fun with the one hes loves.

So sad. So good.

God, what a f*cking movie!

The original movie was a break through movie. It was done at a time when they didn’t have all this computer graphics crap and advanced cinema photographic techniques. It was an enormous accomplishment. BTW how many people ran to the john when the movie ended? Most people cry because their bladder is about to burst.

BTW did the movie strike a chord in you? Can you relate it to anything in your life?

Has anyone thought that an Ape that big falling off of the Empire State Building would take half of Manhattan with him when he hit the ground and cause a Tsunami on LI?

Saw it I was teary as I left, although I knew the ending to come. The movie was so long 3 and a half hours, but it was very good.

I couldn't hold it in when Kong was struggling to get back up the building after getting shot, so sad :no1:

If Chris Boy was there, I would have let him cry on my shoulder. By golly, that would be swell. :dreamy:

Saw it again. Got a little choked up, but not teary during the sad scenes. The scene in the park, my friend was going "what is this?" so that made it kinda bad, but still, its so teary seeing the big guy just having fun, being a playful animal...the part where he gets snow on himself and shakes off, reminds me of my dog in the snow, so that part got to me.

But i noticed some things...like, the part with Jimmy and the black dude...that really was lame. My friend thought the movie was awesome, but he was like wtf to that. The love between ann and kong was a must in the movie, i dont give a sh*t if people thought it was fruity. But the love story between jimmy and the first mate? Ah screw that

Also, I didnt notice in the TREX scence during my first viewing that Kong bites off his tongue. Wow...that made it even more badass.

Not gonna see it again until next week, it just tires me out. But again, great movie, loved it.

Excellent movie. The special effects are amazing. It's not like some stupid Matrix special effects either. I could have done without that bug scene on Skull Island but oh well. I teared up also
