If we don't hit Byrd tonight I will absolutely flip out. I'm all ready getting crazy and it's not even close to game time. |

I don't know, seems a bit hopeful to me. Now don't take that the wrong way, I certainly hope you're right, but I see RJ going 6 and allowing 6, and Byrd going 6+ and allowing only 3. That's how much confidence I have in this lineup. |

when i judged on paper before the series started, i believed so, but the more the game comes close to taking place, i really get the vibe that there's no way byrd, who coincidentally was 2nd in the league in quality starts, will be able to throw one of them on us. randy could be in for some trouble, since as we've seen, the angels got only good right-handed hitters, they got good fastball hitters. they aren't great though, so i think randy should only make a mistake or two |

speaking of arrogance and people having opinions on stuff they know nothing about, what's the odds francessca turns into a meterologist today? |

no chance of switching the game to 4 today? you'd f*ck the corporate types that aren't out of work yet, but so what. f*ck em. i hate day playoff games, but i want this played. a rainout helps anaheim more than us |

Unbelievable... They keep saying "don't make the weather the story." Yet they're going on close to 10 minutes now discussing the weather. |

i wonder why an elimination game is on at 4, while a 1-1 game is at night. im not complaining, since night games are my thing, but you wonder why. some boston fans might not even get to see it and they are on the verge of being done for the season |

I'm playing Burnout on my PSP, and using the computer, I really just have the tv on for background noise. It's just funny to me how I've heard 8 times about not making rain the story, yet all they're talking about is the rain. Finally in the last 30 seconds they mention something about some actual games. Unreal. |

exactly. we're not stupid enough to treat them like the bible. they are background noise, overpaid background noise. |

The only thing I can think is that they're guessing the Yankees/Angels game might get better ratings. |

you're probably right. if you think about it, the tv ratings hit paydirt with the matchups. boston and chicago, big ass cities, new york city and los angeles(well, technically not, but close), huge ass cities. |

I wish our game was at 4 though, it seems like we'd have been able to get it in. But since it's at 8, there's really no way of telling. |

it sounds like a rainout. i usually give the weather forecasts the benefit of the doubt moreso than others. they seem to be right about the really big storms. |

francesca defending himself as usual. these f*cks never take criticism. and not only that, they try and get snide little remarks on the people challenging them to discredit them. sounds like someone here  |

it sounds like a rainout could even help boston, since if they did get one, given that they win today, they could go back to wells instead of clement for game 5. the weather forecast now has changed and it looks like today could be played in light rain |
