Did you see that game!!!Its was f*ckin amazing! AHHHHHHH that was insane , I love it! It was so crazy here, there was so much energy going through the house, its crazy! I'm so proud, although, Eli still needs to improve, it was shocking when Williams hit that guy, holy crap, his helmet went flying like 10 feet! Ahh I wouldn't mind if all the games were like this.

:lmao:

Apologize.

That was a great hit by Shaun. All he's good for. That'll be on "Jack'd Up". It wasn't even the "blow'd up" kinda hit, he just rocked him and it made that sound. If you saw when they zoomed in on him 2 plays after, Larry's eyes looked like they wanted to take a nap.

Thank you for that daily dose of sarcasm. ;)

Anyway, that was an excellent game, but as I said before Eli still needs some work.

He didn't any flashes of greatness. And he's not a rookie.

youre an edgy motherf*cker for a win

Be happy we survived the game with Will Allen and 2 Rookies against Fitzgerald, Boldin, Johson

I can't be giddy when "Franchise" is still doing rookie sh*t. Some of the same sh*t I saw and didn't like at Ole Miss.

He skipped three balls and under threw Burress, you're being a little hard on him.

And you could say that two of the skips were on the playcalling, we need to stay with the run still cause Eli will still get happy feet if hes under constant pressure. Expect that for the next 4-7 weeks.

I'd trade his ass for Carson Palmer if I could.

I don't like his physical attributes - he looks like the punter in for a gadget play on 4th & 2 and I don't like his lack of velocity or his distance on deep balls. Every deep ball I've seen from him (nice spiral and all) has been underthrown. Too often we're talking about his footwork and this and that. When is he gonna get his f*cking mind right? Making mistakes with reads - OK, he's in just his 8th start. But throwing problems, that doesn't look like a "lack of experience" thing. From Miss to here, I've seen him f*ck up the easiest throws. Too inconsistent. He might never be a high completion % QB. Roethlisberger, you see the physical ability (great throw to Randle El while he was off balance) and for a Steelers fan, it makes you happy and you hope the mental catches up. Eli, I don't see the physical and I'm wondering why the simple fundamental sh*t hasn't gotten in yet. Not saying it won't, but I just think it should be there already. Knowing not to throw balls behind and at receivers feet when they're wide open, a high school QB should have that. Is it mechanics? If so, then he should have gotten that worked out already. I can't count on or be happy about someone that inconsistent. Too much Kerry Collins for me. He's better with reads than Collins (already), but the results might be similar because of his sh*t.

Too much of this today.

I dont know what was with the Toomer throw, but

You need to block for him. You need to give him time. Carson Palmer was making the same mistakes and having the same footwork problems in his first season. (6 TD, 10 INT, 19 sacks)

Its going to settle in eventually, it just takes time. Thats why I go out of my way to point of the type of throw he made for the Burress TD. Seeing the maturity to know that that ball has to be a TD or an incomplete pass. Seeing the maturity to throw a jump ball to #80,

the rest of it will be there soon.
