Pete, I and everybody else owes you an apology about Beltran. So far he sucks wind. If he played any deeper in CF he would have to buy a f*cking ticket. He cost Zambrano a run in the first because of how deep he plays CF. He plays it so smooth and cool. He looks like a star but he sure as hell isn't one. It's a good thing that Beltran never played on the old Yankee Stadium or he would have positioned himself at the Monuments. :laugh2: If he played in the old Polo Grounds he would have positioned himself on the clubhouse stairs. If Beltran were playing CF in the 1954 WS instead of making the catch that Mays made in CF with his back to home plate, Beltran would have had to charge in on it. Okay I exaggerate. But not by much. :lmao: |

It's feast or famine with this club. They have 7 runs on 11 hits with 0 out in the top of the 5th. Zambrano must think he died and went to heaven. BTW even Beltran has a double. 7-1 Mets. |

Okay. You do the next one. I can't do a play by play 'cause my computer and TV are in different rooms. So give it a try. |
