If he can't play CF to take advantage of his outstanding defensive skills he has limited value. Offensively he is totally inadequate for a RFer. Taking an 85 mph straight fastball down the middle with the bases loaded tells me he has his head so firmly planted up his rear the Mets will have to hire a excavation crew to get it out.
I want this mofo off this team. If Texas wants him wrap him up and send him by Fed Ex. Don't even f*cking insure him.

It was a nothing pitch. It was Mike DeJean out there. But just to show it was no fluke Cammy did it again. At least let him get the f*cking bat off of his shoulder. It looks like he wants to be traded and is tanking it.

Even if they try to trade Cammy now who is going to give up anything for this horse sh*t. His value has got to be worth garbage right now. BTW has the Mets hitting coach passed away?

Wasn't Nightcrawler blue though?

And this will be Pete's first mistake. I told him that Cameron would be down to .260 in no time and the law of averages would catch up. 32-33 year old hitters don't just change all of a sudden.

his fall his all in his head unfortunatly :no1: when cameron concentrates on going the other way he is an awesome hitter, otherwise he is just horrible.

He is a great hitter when he goes on a hot streak! Like all hitters he came off the DL and was hot, he was playing over his head, he is now playing like he has his whole career. I say put him in any deal involving Soriano, Soriano is an upgrade over Cammy

he is a great hitter if he would have a hitting coach work with him day in and day out

Like i said its all in his head. Right when he came back i saw his batting practice and it was amazing, everything was to Rightfeild, that is when cameron is at his best because he sits back and is able to recognize offspead pitches and reacts better to them.

When the mets played the padres i saw his batting practice again, this time he was hitting homers to left. IMpressive? yes, better then the first batting practice? no.. Why? because when he pulls balls he starts pulling off of the pitch and could only hit fastballs middle in.

Cameron thinks he is a big homerun hitter and that is why he does that, he wants the homerun. If he would only get it into his head that if he went to rightfeild consitantly he would improve greately and his homeruns wouldnt drop drasticlly.

Well unfortunatley, he is on the downward slide of his career, if he were 4-6 years younger, then maybe you could teach him to push more, but the best thing to do is trade him while he still has some value left
