"It appears the New York Mets are seeking to catch other teams’ attention by having Mike Jacobs catch more often in Binghamton…”The feeling is it’ll enhance his value if he can prove he’s a dependable catcher,” Binghamton Mets manager Jack Lind said Wednesday before Jacobs caught his third consecutive game for the first time all season." If you look at Omars record he will deal away top prospects for mediocre veteran talent. He did it at Montreal and he is going to do it here. Say goodbye to our best young minor league talent for Buddy Groom. |
