A varsity club favorite showed the signs and symptoms of a soft lesbian. Yet no calling for his head? Is it going to be because he's overused (which he is) or does the VC pick guys like Jeter to bash but not Sturtze?

Shut the f*ck up little boy. Tanyon slipped up, it happens. He's been a rock all season.

I f*cking bashed him in the game thread you f*cking jinx, go read through it and check it. I also said that Pavano should have been pitching the 7th, he was under 100 pitches! Do your research before you post, I bashed Sturtzie that whole inning!

To be fair as 473 said, Sturtze has been money this year, and Vinnie also IM'd me, saying he didn't feel good about Sturtze today even before he threw his first pitch.

1. Tanyon has pitched well all season and had a f*ck-up. He's not perfect.
2. He makes $850,000,000 this season. The Group prefers to pick on "the stars".
3. Who ever said Tanyon is above getting ripped? He's BC's boy but we're not blind.
4. He is overused. And that's partially (possibly mostly) Mr. Torre's fault. Another day, another starter pulled too early.

I won't bash Sturtze because he's been far better in his time as a Yankee than I expected. I will bash people like Jeter, A-Rod, Pavano, Johnson etc, because I expect those bitches to play better than the have, specifically A-Rod and Johnson.

Hey, I can't put all the blame on his shoudlers. He's been better than I thought since he came here and this year and he was bound to slip up, especially pitching much more then he should be. But there's a problem when a guy like Jeter goes 3-4 and getts ripped for flying out in the last AB and Sturtze doesn't get any heat

I'm not kissing a guy's ass for garbage time hits, which is all "The Captain" has gotten lately, outside of yesterday when he had a big hit late in the game.

I hope your kidding...

Besides, Joe would've offered him his peach pit to chew on and put Sturtze in anyway.

Well, smart guy, you asked if there was any Tanyon bashing......and guess what...I was the first to call it out today. Matty was there, as soon as he came in I said Sturtze was going to give it up and I had a bad feeling. With that being said, he's been solid this year and I can't blame him COMPLETELY! P should ahve been out there for the 7th, Torre helped lose us this game!

I'm not kidding, somebody in that clubhouse needs to tell Joe to sit down, and shut the f*ck up, and take control. If I were in Pavano's position, I'm out there for the 7th inning, period.

I've thought of that. When he makes a move I first guess, I wish someone slap the tea out of his hand and tell him to shut the f*ck up.

Too bad EVERY player on this team is too f*cking soft. Bunch of f*cking losers.

Good call then on Sturtze. If the NY media can handle the manager chugging a Heineken during the game then you should have Joes job.

I'd have a personal shitter installed in the dugout. Let's see how the media handles that.

I've always hated the way Torre Handles bullpens, and this is from a guy who defends Torre.

I won't get on Tanyon. He is one guy who has manned up in NY, instead of being part of the Vagina brigade! He simply had a bad night, not surprising since Torre uses him at the drop of a hat!
