The Cards have no players in the lineup today aside from Pujols and Sanders. RJ MUST dominate. |

PHEWW Mo came through. Didn't want to see Pujols as the tying run. Gordon f*cking sucks and Joe is a lucky a-hole. |

We could have a 22 year old pitcher on the mound in the 9th throwing a shutout with his pitch count at 70 and a 10-0 lead, Torre's got him on a short leash. If he gives up a bunt single, he's coming out. |

He nevers worry about Randy when he pitches CG's in those 3-1 loses all the time. |

Oh yeah. He pitched CGs against Toronto and KC. Joe runs his count up in those games, but a 4-0 lead....gotta pull him. See, now it makes even less sense. |

I actually didn't even know the score until like 10pm. I did TiVo the game because I just had this weird feeling that Unit would actually show up the one time I missed his start. The beer garden I was at in Brooklyn didn't even have any TVs. I found out the score from my Dad when he called late in the night, then caught the highlights at a bar in Manhattan later. I kind of want to watch Unit's half innings, but I don't know if I want to subject myself to Buck and McCarver when I am super hungover. BC2, the Yankee games are always on WCBS 880AM. |
