It's the NL, so he will either pinch hit or go in for defense. I agree with you though.

Stupid Kay. Anything Matsui does is international, so does he need to make this sound so dramatic? I can just picture millions of Japanese choking on their chicken terriyaki as the lineup was announced.

Another thing Kay always says, "Behind Ripken and Gehrig, this is the longest streak in Major League Baseball history." Umm, no.

Right, Tejada's is in MLB. If Kay said the 3rd longest in baseball history, it would be true. He says Major League Baseball. Sorry, that's just not true.
