He threw 4 hitless innings tonight for St. Lucie, walked 1 and struckout 3. http://minorleaguebaseball.com/app/milb/st...sluafx_ftmafx_1 BtW - You can go to minorleaguebaseball.com and watch the Norfolk Tides game right now. |

Ishii will pitch tuesday instead of Zambrano. Zambrano's next start is dependant on what Heilman does tomorrow shamefully. If Heilman pitches a gem, he'll prob stay in the rotation. If not, Zambrano will prob pitch saturday in Heilman's spot against the Yankees. IT's ashame that Heilman's rotation spot has to come down to one start against the best offensive team in the NL. ANd Heilman will face something that Glavine and Pedro hasn't, Pujols, Walker, and Edmonds all in the lineup together. |

So if Heilman blows the Cards away, he's got Zambrano's spot in the rotation? Could this be the Mets finally using their heads? |

Watch Heilman f*ck it up tomorrow. Walker, Pujols, and Edmonds are going to kill him and he'll lose his spot. What the Mets obviously don't realize is that Zambrano would be killed by the same lineup. |

you guys dont know sh*t about zambrano he didnt pitch all winter, he didnt pitch a lot during spring training. Bottom line he didnt get enough innings so his slot was f*cked up about 2 games ago he fixed that but still needed to fix one thing with his motion. He more or less fixed that, now he just needs to get some luck. Next start will be the one i guarantee it. Have no doubt about it. BTW - it would be in the mets best interest to have zammy start against the yanks whom he has handled. |
