Nice way to shove it back in that jackass Varitek's face as well. He's another guy on Boston I truly dislike.

Great game by Pavano, truly deserved a win.

Mo gets another undserving W next to his name.

Now you guys know how we felt yesterday.

Pedro and Pavano both pitched gems and got f*cked in the ass by the bullpen.

The difference is...

YANKEES WIN!!! THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YANKEES WIN!!!!!!

Bite me.

It's still a shame Pavano didn't get the W after his hard work. That's what pissed me off the most about the game yesterday. Pedro deserved that win.....if he had pitched mediocre it wouldn't have been so frustrating.

It is pretty annoying to watch a great start get flushed down the drain by your closer I can agree with that. Fortunately for us, we had last AB, so even though he tried his very best, Mo couldn't totally screw us over like Looper did to you guys.

sheffield, matsui, and a-rod are all better overall hitters than beltran. im sure we won't miss him horribly.

A-Rod.

a-rod might be a stretch, if he doesn't start producing like texas, seattle a-rod. the new york a-rod would be about even with beltran.

what's laughable. beltran had 2 more hrs than a-rod last year in a more hitter oriented environment. a-rod have a higher on base percentage and .20 points higher average. that's about even.

We sure could use him in CF instead of bad knees Bernie, that's a fact.

Edmonds won't be around forever, and Vernon "Fat" Wells could move to LF.

I've known it for a while. EVERY time we face the Sox he does this. I'm sick of his bullsh*t.

the problem is no closer with a pair is available. i assume a gagne or lidge would shut down boston, but you never know, and we will never have those guys. foulke couldn't close them down in 03 alds. who could we get that can close these f*cks down? nathan? not likely to come here anytime soon. wagner? maybe. where the hell can we go to get a pair of balls to pitch against boston in the 8th and 9th.

 in a seventh game against Boston, ninth inning one run lead, if he hasn't pitched that day, I bring in our secret weapon RJ to slam the door shut ! ;)

He won a Gold Glove in CF last year, why would they move him? :???:
