What happened was, he was exposed as a one pitch, pitcher with a mediocre fastball, that could never match his Superb Overhand changeup. He got away with it, in the light hitting NL, where the 7-8-9 hitters are a comedy show.

I hope that Javy gets traded to Boston before,or during the trade deadline,because when He gave up that grand slam to Johnny Damon was when Javy messed things up for The Yankees,and helped break an 86 year curse.
