unfortunatley your bitchin about the thing you f*cked up

i didn't f*ck up anything, i was right about galarraga, i was right about valent (playing first) and i was right about valent not being expendable since he will be on the team and galarraga won't be!!!

You apparently do not understand the definition of the word expendable.

you guys thought valent was expendable but he's not and never was, the mets were never going to get anything for him, the only guy "expendable" is galarraga, i am right and you guys are wrong, understand that sh*t!!! :peace:

You again misused the word expendable.

galarraga is expendable cause other players like valent, cairo and woodward can play 1st base and big cat hasn't hit a lick this spring, eat me timo!!!

Expendable:
Quote:

Not strictly necessary; dispensable: an expendable budget item; expendable personnel.

Using those terms, Valent fits the exact description of expendable. He certainly has a place on the team, but in no way is he necessary to the Mets sucess.

If the Mets were to acquire something useful in return for him, dealing him may make sense. If not, then they should definitely keep him.

Yes, Galarraga is expendable. And so is Valent. Most bench players fall under that category. For the most part, they're expendable and replaceable.
