If Victor Zambrano wins the Cy Young either this year or in 2006, I will buy you a brand new Dodge Viper.
Make that TWO brand new Dodge Vipers. And a new Corvette. :peace:

la is still a better pitcher's park. thats the point. a little worse is still worse
i highly doubt his numbers are going to be effected by moving from one pitcher's park to another, shea is still one of the worst hitter's parks in the league!!!
no need to yell at me. im just saying. you gotta hope ishii gets comfortable with shea like he did with chavez-ravine. obviously, there's a difference, however slight it might be.

the mets needed ishii, this was a good trade for the mets, they traded a backup catcher that is ok defensively and can't hit a lick for a good major league starter!!!

ishii has a career record of 36-25 so that's pretty good, his career ERA is 4.30 but for a 5th starter that is GOOD, i can definitely deal with that!!!

to a lesser degree than what metsfan is promising if victor zambrano wins the cy young, someone on the giants board promised to get everyone a giant jersey with plaxico's name on it if the giants got him last week. hes actually somewhat being honorable to his promise and giving out five plax jerseys with a raffle to decide who the five will be

fair enough, although i will contend that the word good and ishii really shouldn't be in the same sentence

la is still a better pitcher's park. thats the point. a little worse is still worse
i highly doubt his numbers are going to be effected by moving from one pitcher's park to another, shea is still one of the worst hitter's parks in the league!!!
no need to yell at me. im just saying. you gotta hope ishii gets comfortable with shea like he did with chavez-ravine. obviously, there's a difference, however slight it might be.
LOL seriously, how am i going to yell at you on the internet, silliness!!! :lmao:
exclamation points!!!
I use the 3 exclamation points at the end of all my posts, that's a signature of mine, i've been doing it every since i started posting on message boards!!! :peace:
well save the exclamation points for when ishii is walking 10 guys his first start as a met.
the mets needed ishii, this was a good trade for the mets, they traded a backup catcher that is ok defensively and can't hit a lick for a good major league starter!!!
while they didnt give up anything of value, dont go loosening the meaning of the word good. ishii is decent, with a good start here and there
ishii has a career record of 36-25 so that's pretty good, his career ERA is 4.30 but for a 5th starter that is GOOD, i can definitely deal with that!!!
fair enough, although i will contend that the word good and ishii really shouldn't be in the same sentence
lol as a 5th starter he's good, as anything else above that he isn't!!!
