He'll be good for the playoffs and Pro Bowl but the important thing was seeing Reid in the tights. We all wanted to see the real life Michelin Man. And I get the feeling that Andy set this up.

this injury is bad. he wont be able to stand on it for 3 weeks.

The nfc really sucks, but he was the difference maker for the eagles. theres an outside chance he could play in the superbowl, if they get there.

sucks for him.

That's a shame. It couldn't happen to a bigger a-hole.

That's a shame.  It couldn't happen to a bigger a-hole.

A bigger a-hole? It doesn't take too much digging to find a real a-hole NFL player who is getting arrested, doing drugs, and hurting his team. Oww, how about the Broncos offensive lineman who cut the Bengals tackle from behind. Oww, oww, how about Donovan Darius (who can say all the remorseful "it was an accident" sh*t he wants) who clotheslines a defenseless receiver, puts him in the hospital, and could have possibly ended his career or life? How about Rodney Harrison who has been putting dirty hits on guys for over a decade? I would mention some of Romanowski's sh*t, but Karma caught his ass and the concussions did him in. Owens is the biggest a-hole because he dances and showboats? It might just be me, but I'll gladly take an elite receiver who ups my QB's rating by 30 points, who doesn't get in trouble, and who the worst thing that can be said about him is that, "He's cocky, he complains, and he's a showoff." As for that, I've said many times, "Are you on my team? No. Well f*ck you then." We have no problem cheering for a guy getting blown up on "JACKED UP" but we're giving a f*ck about the other guy's feelings. The Eagles don't have a problem with his sh*t and if you're on another team, then he shouldn't be concerned with what you think. I can understand him rubbing people the wrong way (most people don't think like me) but to say that he's the biggest a-hole is way off.

We differ.

I said in the other thread that I'd wish injury on players that are owed one, not this. The *** that cut the Bengals DE early in the season, him. All Owens does is showboat (which I have no problem with). Sticking it to him would be shutting him down, blowing him up across the middle, and imitating his dances as he's lying on the ground. Until he injures someone, I wouldn't wish injury on him.

Didn't you see the jerkovs antics during our playoff game with them years back? This guy was owed his teeth kicked out. I forgot who he cheapshot, but I remember loving Shaun Williams for going at him despite the 15 yard penalty.

Yeah, I remember that. It wasn't a cheapshot though. The 49ers were going for a 2-point conversion and Will Allen picked if off (yeah, really) and was trying to run it back (dumbass) and Owens hit him out of bounds. The two of them got into a scuffle and then Jeremey Newberry (the 300 lbs. center) came in and was about to go at Allen, that's when Williams jumped in. I never had a problem with Shuan getting in there and not being a pussy. But still, Owens didn't cheapshot Allen. It was a tackle and both those idiots should have known that the play was dead.

From what I recall, Owens completely unnecessarily cheapshot Allen and whipped him down while he was out of bounds. He got a 15 yarder for it, but Williams offset it by throwing a fist at Owens.

You might be right but I can't say for sure because I don't remember it exactly. I know he hit him out of bounds. It was a "UR" penalty and it was late, but I don't remember it being dirty.
