How come Coughlin and Hufnagel dont think of things that are blatantly obvious?

1st down

We love that pump fake screen, so lineup him up on the line pump side and have him drag across. So off the pump you spin around and if the LB loses contain theres a big play. If not throw the bubble

Have him chip and release out of a tight formation

Split him out wide throw him a pump fake and throw to the backside

2nd and Short

Lineup in that Strong formation with him as a blocking FB, then run a PA and send him on a flat n' up down the sideline 1-1 with a LB

Split him out and run an option read, press: Deep Corner. off: quick slant

Have him run an intermediate corner on a rollout with finn on a chip-release as the short man

Down and Long

Run a Trips left and have him just run a post go read, it loosens the stacked side

Set him deep in a trips (off the line) and run a fade behind the other routes to give him space

Set up a tight formation and just run a deep circle, the easier he gets off the line the harder he is to cover

Goaline

Set up in the fade formation and just throw a quick hit, trust him against any defender in the leage on the 3 yd line

Split him wide and run an in/out coverage read. Thats f*ckin uncoverable with his size

Theres alot more, im trying not to get to complicated

Even Fassel ran that once.

Exploiting the size/speed advantage. Is that so foreign?

Hmm...I've seen that before. Antonio Gates. Yes....but he's having an awful season.

I don't like him running an in because the Giants have enough trouble getting spacing in the redzone and he'd be going towards the traffic. He's also not a good enough route runner to break that off quick. The out route works. Its either a TD or Shockey drops it out of bounds.

Well the in read is only going to be on an off-left coverage (Fade protect), so really I called it an in but it works more like a a sit down curl, all you need is for him to turn his hips and get ready to make the catch.
