40 mph winds? :o You know what that means? We can expect a kickoff (maybe after halftime, cuz we won't be scoring much) to go out of bounds. Maybe even a couple shanked punts. :no1:

Isn't a damn shame how much these college kickers suck? Missed extra points. You get nervous everytime one of them kicks the ball. I'm surprised that no teammate has slugged one of them. You know, in Colorado, those kickers would get raped for f*cking around. <- For those who don't know: After the former Colorado kicker (female) accused teammates of raping her, the coach was interviewed. Rather than say what we expected him to say, he comes out with, "Katie was a terrible kicker. She could never get the ball through the uprights and her teammates never respected her." Almost admitting that she was raped and excusing it because she couldn't kick. You laugh and shake your head at the same time.

Yeah, I remember him saying that last year. It's amazing how one would say something like that.

that Colorado stuff was funny as f*ck, then next day he was like "uh yeah that was insensitive, im sorry"

Might as well try an onside kick on a kickoff. I mean with Christie they get the ball at the 40 anyway. f*ck it, take a chance it will only be another 10 yds

Won't happen. Coughlin's too conservative and we still have a shot at the playoffs (no we don't). That's a move that the 49ers or Dolphins would pull. Conventional thinking (Coughlin likes conventional thinking) says that you don't take chances like that with your season on the line.

To me, you do it because it catches them off guard and its something new. You spark the team. When you're an underdog, you do anything to try and gain and advantage. Get creative. But, Coughlin...

Its amazing how he wasn't fired the same day. Then the stories broke about how the recruits would make the trip to visit and he'd let them hang with the team. At this point, the team would let them drink beer and f*ck hookers. Now, if I were a recruit, that would guarantee me going there. But that ain't right. Coach claimed to know nothing of this.
