you cant tell dutring the game how well he's playing thats the thing. I mean you can but you cant. none of those mistakes were glaring. But they were mistakes. the same mistakes he made all game. It was a consistent thing. first drive to last drive |

you just dont wanna admit if you're wrong. I mean read the stuff above. it all happened on the first 3 drives. He may have looked good, but he didnt play good. He made mistakes you cant argue with that. |

the first 2 drives he was playing pretty good, he got some passes off and the o-line was protecting him for a bit, even bowwow in the game thread said he was good and crisp even though i said he was just ok which was what he was for the first 2 drives!!! |

Justin, what he's saying is that Warner completed passes (4-4/40 yards/TD on the first drive) and got us into the endzone, but he made mistakes. You can make mistakes and have them work out. For example, you're the QB and you have a WR wide open 50 yards downfield and if you throw it to him, he's gonna moonwalk into the endzone. Instead, you throw to your other WR on a 10 yard hook route and he shakes and spins his way to a 70 yard TD run and it works out. As a fan, you're happy because it worked out. But if you're gonna analyze the QB (like we're doing here), then you realize that the ball should have gone do the dude wide open. That's what he's saying. I haven't watched the tape yet, but I trust Doug. |
