How come no praise of Mel; Sturtze said himself in the postgame

In the post game interview, Sturtze was saying he asked Mel what he was doing wrong, and Mel helped him out by telling him to loosen his grip. Tanyon then went on to say after that he pitched much better. So to all those that say Mel is worthless and does nothing :fyou:

How about Mel turning Sturtze, an inconsiten journeyman into a solid Major League pitcher? No credit for that, he only gets the blame?

Sturtze isn't a solid major league pitcher. Just because we're kissing his ass doesn't make him good.

Leo Mazzone would have made him a 15 game winner with a 3.30 ERA. :serious:

Yeah Moomoo, you should have quit while you were ahead. Mel helped him last night. We know that. Calling him a solid major league pitcher sounds like something 473 would say.

Well sometimes you have to embellish a few things to get a point across. Should I say how about making him serviceable instead of a c*nt licker?

You know it Kokur. J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS

Only fans in the league that have a sign that says Jets in 200_ with an erasable digit spot so we can just plug in whatever year we're in :D

Why do you loathe (yes, loathe) him? Does his bravery make you feel like less of a man?
