Ok this is just ridiculous. I would understand maybe if it was too mathematically complex, but its not. so :wall: :wall: :wall: OK, he find it neccessary for Glavine to pitch every 5th day no matter what. Fine, whatever. Monday was an off day, so in order for Glavine to pitch 5 dasys after his previous start (tonight) then the entire rotation must be moved back. OK, fine Glavines an ace so nobody cares. Then Glavine gets rear ended by a mom in an SUV on the way to soccer practice and he cant pitch tonight. Well sh*t what should we do? We could let Ginter pitch. Or we could use our f*cking brain and just move the rest of the rotation up 1 day!!! So they'd all be on normal rest!!! They can all pitch without a problem! Zambrano today, Benson tommmorow, so on and so forth and they're all on normal rest because of the off day! OR We could let Ginter pitch. :annoyed: :annoyed: :wall: :wall:   |

Zambrano had some knee injury or something which is why he was pushed back to begin with. But with Glavine out, I'd agree that there is no reason why he shouldn't just move everyone up. |

One Mets veteran described playing for Art Howe like "playing for your grandpa." he's a great guy, but he's out of touch with the game and doesn't know what the hell he's doing. |

bowwow, can you be any more of a Met front office parrot? :no1: Why is it that you agree with everything they do? How can you agree with things that are so obviously the wrong things to do? Being a diehard Met fan is one thing, but this is something else. And no, I'm not referring to this thread. |

well, atleast thats better than being nonsensically opposed to everything they do. Like most people at MSG. "argghh Royce Ring sucks" "We didnt get anything for Burnitz" "I dont care if we saved 7 mil on the Benitez deal that we can spend on Fee Agents Garcia and Anderson are trash" Stuff like that |

The one thing I hate though is people that feel that they have to make excuses for the Mets. The Mets could trade David Wright for Mike Lamb and you'd immediately see people bashing Wright and saying how great Lamb is. |

Thats true, most people have trouble looking at trades they make objectively. they broke even on the Benson trade for giving up Huber. Most non objective people would tell you thry won the Benson trade bc/ they're just prospects |
