I'd do that trade in a heartbeat, but there's no room for Szczerbiak anymore. Perhaps if Houston was somehow dealt in a deal for webber? |

The blurb also says the Knicks want big guys. There are too many small guys. I would be more inclined to do it if Dampier was signed for the MLE (but from what I hear he wont) |

I saw it too. On prosportsdaily.com they had the story from a Minnesota newspaper and it said that the trade would probably go through. In the Post, it said that it wouldn't because the Knicks need size. It just goes to show you that outside of New York, people are stupid. If this is 2001, you take less time to think about that trade than it would take BostonSports to spell "Szczerbiak" and just do it (then trade Sprewell). But right now, we have enough small forward/shooting guard backups and I acutually like DerMarr Johnson. We may need Kurt Thomas in a potential sign and trade if the whole MLE thing with Dampier doesn't work out. btw - Why is it even rumored that Isiah promised most of the MLE money to Vin Baker? At this point, Vin Baker should be on the back burner and his focus should be on Erick Dampier. Thomas has said that he wants both, but if it came down to one or the other, f*ck Vin Baker. He's denied it, but I still feel uncomfortable about the situation. If we go into next season with the same centers we had last year, (Nazr Muhammad and Vin Baker) its not good. |

I dunno, I think Sczerbiak is a good player but I would want to give up TT if we got him |

TT > Wally Wally can go to hell. His contract is even worse than TTs. |

Why? Tim Thomas is better than KT. |

TT gets exposed defensively at SF. How do you expect him to be any better at PF? |

I would say Wally is the lesser of 2 evils when compared to TT. Neither are great. |

´ Wrong, he is incosistent on the defensive end. He has the tendacy of playing good D when he is doing a good job on offense. But he has the problem of giving up all together. |
