They'll probadly give it to vlad or manny those stupid writers!!!! Sheff has been cltuch and his rbi's and home runs are not tac on runs either! He should be considered damnit!!! :rock: :rock:

He's gonna be "considered", but I think Vlad will get it. Ortiz/Manny will take votes from each other and so will Sheffield/A-Rod (although, we know the deal). They'll factor in the fact that injuries hit like a mo'fucka in Anaheim and Vlad carried them. I can see Sheffield finishing second. The writers haven't watched all the Yankees games like we have and what they'll go on is team record, the overall situation with the team (injuries, overachieving, etc.), and stats. I think that Sheff will have to get his average around .310 to make a "strong" case.
