I haven't heard it, but I'm "affected" by this. I can't say that I'm shocked and honestly, I'm not saddened, but the news does touch me. It was less than a year ago that he retired right? He was a Mets broadcast legend. R.I.P. Bob Murphy |

yeah last year he retired, the mets might have lost that game when he was honored at shea but it didn't matter, murph alone made that a great night!!! 1924-2004 :crybaby: |
