Hmmm  We'd need to replace Quantrill. Even though he's a soft lesbian cannuck, we'd be losing our 7th inning guy. |

WFAN? f*ck that. f*ck that guitar playing hippie and his stupid jersey number. He's been mediocre since 2002 and has sucked for the last year (second half of last season and this first half). He peaked at 23. There's no way I give up Cairo and Quantrill. We need all the pitching we can get and Miggie leads the team in average and clutchness. btw - Another shoutout to the IDIOT who said that Zito was better than Mulder. Even during that Cy Young season, Mulder was my man. Cold blooded, hard throwing, multitude of pitches, great stuff, and he's never had a drop of perspiration in his life! I might trade Cairo for him. |

If they give us back Rhodes....   I love Cairo, but we'd be getting back a past, and future potential, Cy Young award winner! I don't care if he's been bad, he too good to keep struggling like this. Cairo, Cano, and Quantrill for Zito and Rhodes. Would ya do that deal? I probably would!! |

Mulder has always been my niggah(can I say that strider?). If we could get a replacement for Quantrill I'd do the deal. Maybe a change of scenery allbeit from the laid back left coast to NYC would be a good thing :dunno: |

I couldn't agree more. Zito is one of the most overrated pitchers in the game. I can't believe the Yankees would even consider this for one second. |

Hell no. If it was for Mulder not Zito, that's a different story. But Zito is garbage now and doesn't have the attitude to succeed in NY. He would be a major disappointment. |

I have always like Mulder the best out of the 3. Most like Hudson the best, but I'd take Mulder any day. :peace: |

Mulder is the man, too bad he'll probably never put on Yankee pinstripes cause if the A's can get rid of Zito you know they will resign Hudson and Mulder. |

Mulder in Yankee Stadium: 0-4, 9.97 ERA, 2.03 WHIP, .374 BAA. Just thought I'd throw it out there. :peace: I'm not too crazy about this deal... I love Miggy, he's the type of player we need more of on this team. That would also mean Enrique will be the starting 2b, unless we make another deal. Then again, Miggy is a free agent, so we could sign him in the off season. |

I'd like to have Miggy around for the playoffs. If we could pull off throwing Wilson in the deal instead, then I'd be all for it. |

Those stats are a damn lie. Mulder's ERA isn't a decimal point over 0.20 in Yankee Stadium. Amit, you lie. Get your head out of Zito's armpit and stop making up numbers. |

Miggy reminds me a lot of my boy Mariano Duncan, he was a big part of that '96 team throughout that season, I don't want to give up Cairo.....but we are talking Zito...tough call here. You probably have to do it. :serious: |

Well, if Zito hadn't pitched like crap since he won his Cy Young this deal would be a no-brainer, you'd have to take Ztio. But now, with the way Miggy has played for us so far and Zito's poor pitching, I'm not surprised to see some people saying it's tough to decide whether or not to do this deal. |

Alright, I'll correct myself. He has sucked since Game 5 of the ALDS last season. He always sucks in the big games. |
