With no surprise Derek Jeter is third in the Majors in grounding out so far this year. Really that wasn't too surprising to me before I checked. But what did surprise me was the Ichiro was number one in all the majors in grounding out, despite a very good batting average and one of the fastest to beat out infield hits. I would never had guessed he was be leading in this category. :think: Forgot to say that the number 2 in this category is Juan Pierre. |
