That was a killer. A game changer.

The game killer that put the Yankees in a funk was Sheff jogging down to first, but made it because of the bad throw and stupid base running, and not even making an effort. I'd take a retired Paul O'Neil right now over Sheffield.

I went to bed after the 9th, but the game would have been over had Joe pinch-run Bush for Posada in the 9th. He would have scored easily on Bernie's single. There was no reason to keep Posada in the game at the point. Bad non-move.
