I hate Michael Kay.

I can't see the game - are we close?

Who didn't think we'd cough it up with Gay White pitching??? :wtf:

Well, can't come back all the time. But I've said this before and I'll keep saying it, we HAVE to trade for a great starter or two and do it soon, or second place will be very familiar to us this season and that is where we will end up. We don't have a first place pitching staff.

So this knocks us out of first place. Red Sox and another shut out. Our pitchers take note please. I know a 42 year old guy who would love to have 7 runs. :wall:

Joe let Giambi bat when it was obvious he was hurting, then sends Clark out to play for him in the very next inning!!, Joe shows a lot of signs of just being a robot manager when a decision has to made which is rare with this team he never seems to make it.
One by one it's 13-7 seattle after a brilliant piece of relief? pitching

I think it's pretty clear Joe is bad when it comes to making key decisions. He doesn't know when to pull a guy who is getting hammered, he doesn't know when to pinch hit, bunt etc.

When you have a 9th and 12 inning like we did with the bats, that's where all the blame goes. Gabe White does blow, but it shouldn't have ever got to that point!
