Can we depend on Allan Houston for next season?

Will the Knicks be able to depend on Allan Houston next season? The Knicks were rolling when Starbury/Houston were together for parts of the season. It would make this offseason a lot easier if Isiah didn't have to use all his trading chips/MLE on a SG.

I don't think we can depend on H20 for the rest of his career. This injury will hamper him throughout the rest of his career. It will never heal to 100% becasue of his age. h20 will have this chronic injury every now and then. He won't be the same Houston that can create shots, shoot as many jumpers consecutively, or shooting free throws efficiently. He will especially have a hard time on D because of the young quicker players in the league. I hope he gets better and will be ready to play at at least 80% by next year.
