Oh, okay, nevermind then. I actually do wonder how surgeons feel when patients act like that afterward. |

I like what 072 said. That's a good way of saying it, for me especially. I'm theistic, not religious. Thanks, 072. Yeah, Zurg is right. While I've never seen it personally, my sister and mom saw an event like that. I mean, I don't mean to be rude, but unless you see it for yourself, it just seems fake. For the longest time, I didn't believe in that kind of healing power. I'm not sure if I do now or not. Again, it's one of those things where seeing is believing. Kinda like ghosts and hauntings, IMO. |

I would consider those to be the same, because a ghost is a "proof" of an immortal soul and an afterlife, things I simply cannot, will not, accept. and some people have better immune systems that actually reject the cancer cells, or if you want to believe in that ridiculous "theory" of the secret then there's that explanation too. although unless he comes down and says "hi" there will never be a god for me |

i see ghosts as a consciousness trapped without a body from a strong connection to the living or world around them before they died |

I see ghosts the way most ghost "specialists" describe them. They're probably souls who have unfinished business in this world, and go through their regular routines in an attempt to finish that business. And that business can vary to an amazing degree. For example: One ghost could, say, perhaps be trying to save a company he created in the 1800's from failing today while another ghost is trying to get people to discover their murder and catch the perpetrator. Now, I've never witnessed either of those situations, but you get the idea. ![]() I have witnessed supernatural phenomena, however. I'm just not sure if it could be considered "ghostly" or not. |

I've seen and experienced supernatural things before. Medical miracles, Medical impossibilities happening, ect. I've seen it happen, and it's happened to me before. Like when you think you luck couldn't get any better, things just seem to work out perfectly, I attribute that to God, a higher power. |

Many people do that, and for good reason. It definitely makes you question things, and turn to faith for the answer. And I don't mean that negatively. That's a good place to search. But I dunno. I've seen some supernatural stuff that could be considered ghosts/hauntings, and to be honest, that was when my faith was shaken the most, to the point of me renouncing my christian faith. I can definitely see how that sort of thing can make you swing the other way, though. In fact, I'm pretty sure I did something that wasn't the norm when dealing with your faith in a supernatural situation. From what I've heard, most people then embrace their faith rather than renounce it. But then again, I'm a 16 year-old kid who is more than likely just trying to stick it to society.
