The old ones were for fun, this latest one I tried to make look as good as I knew how. |
![]() Birds fall from the window ledge above mine. Then they flap their wings at the last second. I can see their dead weight just dropping like stones or small loaves of bread past my window all the time. But unless I get up, walk across the room and peer down below, I don't see their last second curves toward a horizontal flight. Now due to a construct in my mind that makes their falling and their flight symbolic of my entire existence, it becomes important for me to get up and see their last second curves toward flight. It's almost as if my life will fall unless I see their ascent. | |

Black holes attract all matter/energy. That includes light... so why does the planet still look round? Why are the stars behind it still evenly spread out dots? Right now it looks like Saturn was painted black and decided to shoot a meteor at the camera... And it's on fire <.< If it's gonna be a black hole, make it more powerful. And awesome. |

That looks too spin-y to be a black hole to me ![]() Infin, that's a really nice "movie" black hole, it might not follow, err, physics, but still <_< |

you were supposed to include the space around it, silly. |

Har har, Liks >_> The idea is that you can see the shape of the event horizon, and the curvature of light around it. EDIT: PY beat me to it. I dunno why I let that post sit for 40 minutes, but there you go. |

And your version of a black hole -according to science- would be big enough that if it were near Saturn, Earth would be experiencing incredible quakes. So... Yeah, I'm not incredibly accurate. |

It's 10 solar masses, so I imagine it would be doing more than quaking the Earth... but the point is, your black hole looks like a black planet, not a black hole. |

I'll play around with black holes another time. I've been using the Wacom tablet I got for Christmas, this must be what love feels like. I'm not very good at drawing, but the tablet helps because I can use photoshop tools while drawing and make everything look decent. http://fc98.deviantart.com/fs40/f/2009/014...5001eeee0c7.png It's so incredibly childish but I love it to bits. |

So yeah, I'll post my music in here too. Here's a cave story mix I've been playing with for a while. Criticisms welcome. http://fc71.deviantart.com/fs43/f/2009/069...IP__by_Yeil.mp3 And here's the other song. Fashionably dead! http://fc20.deviantart.com/fs42/f/2009/059...ead_by_Yeil.mp3 |
