You look at a girl wearing full ballistic body armour, a helmet, and wearing unisex military fatigues and tell me how feminine she looks. Thanks.  Thanks for the complements, though. I also like the last one. I don't do comedic drawings, though--I try to stick with realistic proportions and such. I'm looking into getting a drawing tablet and something like Photoshop for the computer; I think I could get some good drawings done with the advantages offered by using a computer and a pencil-like device, as opposed to simply a pencil or a mouse. |

Well, actually, it's more the chin that makes it look more like a guy to me.. And the lower face. But mostly the chin-al... area. The gun the guy on our right is holding in the newest drawing you put on looks more like a mini video camera, for some reason. Other'n that, it looks pretty good. |

Proportions on ALL Warhammer things are always off; have you seen the heads on those figures?  Hm. I can see how the chin-strap would make her face more masculine; I figured that her face was too obscured to even determine gender based on that. |

like we've said before, the only way to tell if its a girl or not is by 1] breasts 2] hair length 3] facial build. anyway, i can see how u meant it to be a girl, but it could easily be mistaken for a man. even though you said they cut their hair in the millitary, and when they become masculing in the chest area, the breasts shrink, but, bending the rules a little bit may only be the only option if u want ppl looking at that picture to know off the bat that it is a woman. to reaver : those look really great! i need ur mad skillz! "Go ahead, get on my bad side!" looks kind of crazy/creepy... lol. to dark samus prime : dude u need to work on ur skillz |

......the face is enough most of the time (for example watch.....gi jane or something).....and for breasts, they would simply have to look it up on any search engine! and the hair thing is true, so why did they do so...?....accuracy, it can always be revealed through story, personally, i think that if anime was never invented (which makes dudes look like chicks.....) ...then it could be identified easily through face. i think the drawing is fine, as long as things are revealed through context. |

I made the drawing to be realistic, not instantly recognizable. Though I figured that the breasts I DID put were visible enough, even if they aren't, the image was, primarily, made for people who would recognize the character, anyway...for those that wouldn't, it's just supposed to be a cool image. Good drawings, Reaver, and, uh, nifty boombox, Prime. |

its just that guys faces in anime are girly a lot.......before this becomes a flamewar or something, ill just drop it right now, dissagree anyone? pm me with proof!  , alright....and the boombox......is a little scary....and your picture 058, you cant really tell if there are breasts, it really seems as if there aren't any...really i think it is just the way it was drawn, because the body is leaning, and there is very little curvature, it looks like there are breast packs on for storing things, thats all. really though, just if you use it for sprite, simply put it into a cutscene or something, and it will work good, you will not only break the chain of women having freaking HUGE breasts in games, but will make a very realistic game at that..........and one that doesn't become too destracting to guys.........seriously........getting killed way too much in resident evil........ |

Speaking of games...:P A lot of my art is conceptual and character design for a story I've been working on for a while, which I intend to turn into a game someday--the proffessional kind, where I get paid, not a fan-game like Genesis or MP2D.
