As you can see, Fully Charged Swing Bros. is extremely powerful, especially when combined with Glitch Thunder Bros.
Cyclone Adv will always stun, and Thunder will always give its respective effects. Fire Adv will usually burn.

Dang, I seriously never knew that Swing Bros. did more than 7.2-worth if you waited until later in the attack; all the same, I can't get any more than 11.5 out of it, even on the last possible hit.
Incidentally, did you pull some of these values from my Superstar Saga+ guide? I have more precise values for everything but Swing Bros. someplace.

Yeah, I did. If you wait till you just see a green circle around Mario,(this happens after cyclng through every enemy 3 times) you get the highest power, but it's very difficult to time at this stage, so just going for the 11.5 is recommended.
