Hi, I decided to go ahead and make an online gaming thread since it was mentioned in the chatbox, and I thought it sounded like a great idea. Here we can talk about online games we play, and if you guys would like, we can private message each other our friend codes if you'd ever like to play online sometime. Here are the consoles I have and the online games I have for them. I'm open for gaming pretty much anytime I'm around the forum, so if you'd like to play, let me know and I'd love to. I'll edit this post if I get any more online games. (Mario Tennis Open!) If you'd like to, you can post the consoles and online games you have too.

3DS:
- Mario Kart 7
- Tetris Axis
- Sonic Generations

Wii:
- Mario Kart Wii
- Super Smash Brothers Brawl
- Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing
- Excitebots
- Pokemon Battle Revolution
- Yugioh 5D's Duel Transer

Off the top of my head, I have Mario Kart 7 + Wii, Brawl, and a few Pokemon games with online compatibility. I'll go through my games later to see if there are any others that allow me to play with people online... And that looks like it is a decent list of games.
Have a nice day!

Oh wow, it's been a while. Um. Hi. I guess I can get back into M&L stuff sooner or later, it really has been ages.

To use a sword, /\ and / again.

DS:
-Mario Kart DS

Wii:
-Mario Kart Wii
-Super Smash Brothers Brawl
-Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing
Not really online, though there is online records
-Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games

PC:
-Minecraft
-Terraria
-Worms 4 Mayhem
-Worms 2 & Worms Armageddon
-There is this game called Uru. The game use to not be free many years ago, and even the online (called Live) which also required payment was down at one point. But now Uru Live is back up and free, no VIP or anything special you need to pay for for more benifits, you get like the full game and more stuff which the online version has that the original offline didn't free. I liked the offline version, so suspectedly the online version would be just as fun.

Do we do PC games as well, or just consoles?

It seems like Mario Kart Wii and SSBB are the most common online games here so far. They're both really great games, although sometimes I have some trouble with SSBB online. Sometimes the connection seems to not work, but when it's working, it's really great and fun to play online too. Not so many problems with Mario Kart Wii though.

Segatendo- Any online games are good. Unfortunately I don't have any online PC games though. The only PC games I play are Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Robo Blast (my online doesn't work), and .. I think that's it. What online PC games do you play?

To all- So what characters do you guys like to use in your favourite online games? As for me, I play as Yoshi in Mario Kart games. In Brawl, I play as Yoshi, Link, Ness, Lucas, and Fox. In Sonic & Sega, I play as Tails and Beat.

Okay, I'll edit the PC games into my other post, to keep it organized.

Commonly played characters
Mario Kart Wii - Luigi and Yoshi, though I do pick some others at random.
SSBB - I don't have any particular character I use, though there is some I won't ever really use.
S&SASR - Usually Sonic characters, though never Big, and Shadow not to often.

SRB2 (Sonic Robo Blast 2), I forgot about that game, online does work for me last I checked years ago.

Segatendo- Had a look at your updated list with your online PC games. I haven't heard of any of them before but Minecraft. I've never played the PC version of Minecraft, but I do play the pocket version on the DS. Do you plan on getting a 3DS in the future? Also, have you heard of the new Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed? It's going to be on 3DS, and I imagine it will have online gameplay. I really can't wait for that game, it's going to be great! :Tails:

Who are you calling an old man?

The best I've done for multiplayer gaming was probably RuneScape... (I use to be a paying member at one point a couple years back, but then somehow I pretty much stopped playing it... probably because I was interested in other things. (Golden Sun hacking and M&L hacking, for instance... as well as software research/etc.) So I don't have any friend codes or whatever as of current. Sorry about that.

My brother has a wii... (if I remember correctly) but I haven't used it in ages, so.. I don't think any of the games, here, were for online gaming... if they were... well excuse me for not knowing much about how all that works... Hehe.. etc. etc. Oh, and there's also a friend who has a wii too... Like... I can probably go with my parents to their house and play over there if I wanted to... once each week, every other month. (My parents play cards with another couple each week, but they alternate houses each month.)

-asiarang, I might eventually get a 3DS, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. And yes, I have heard of Transformed.

-Teawater, RuneScape, I've heard of it, though never looked into it.
Does your bro still live in the same house as you or nearby? Well. I won't be able to tell if the games you have or not are online if you don't list them, but if isn't on any of our lists it is most likely we won't have it anyway.

Who are you calling an old man?

Eh.... I figured someone would ask that question.

The answer is no. (Edit: Some place about 20 minutes away by car... give or take a couple minutes.)

But I doubt that actually answers the question you really wanted to know. (Did he leave the systems?) My parents seem to bring him back twice a week.

...

I don't really go looking into his stuff much, to be honest. (My computer is usually enough for me.) He also has a PS3, from what I've seen. I've not used it even once, though, hehe... (Not to worry, I myself did have a PS2 at one time....)

I do remember when I played the wii, there were at least two games I played...

Super Mario Galaxy
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption... ( Edit: I stopped playing it near the very end, though.)

I doubt that we have either one at this time.

And at this friend's house? Well, once when this friend went to show me what he had, it was a lot of stuff. I forget exactly what was there, though.

Hi Segatendo,

I wanted to ask you about Uru: Ages beyond Myst. What kind of game is it? It looks different from the other Myst games...

It'd be nice to have a decent PC to play games on, but right now I'm more interested in 3DS! Mario Tennis Open is out here in 3 days, I can't wait. Me and Aisarang will definitely be playing it together, so you guys should join in too!

Yes, it is quite different than other Myst games. Unlike other Myst games, you don't have to click to go to places, you actually get to freely walk/run and jump around. Just look up the game on Youtube for gameplay.

Wow, I looked up a video of it. It looks cool, I like that it has the same atmosphere, but those characters... don't really fit. Maybe it's just that in the video I watched he had a bright red T-Shirt and blue Cap.

Can you play the whole game in first person? Ala realMyst? Also, how does the multiplayer work? How does it work?

Yes, you can switch to first person (though I usually the other). Here is the trailer for the game, there is only a few bits that show multiple people. It's like solving puzzles, with others (if you choose to do it with others, you can still do it alone).

Brief history of what happened with the online version can be found from 0:25-1:00 in this video.

Btw, the game is open source now, I believe.

While installing Uru Live and was in the process of running the updater, I saw it saying donation level is at CAVCON 4. I decided to look up what it means, the meaning and different levels can be found here: http://mystonline.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=25172

While reading the different levels I noticed something on level 5.
