I have ACCIDENTALLY discovered how to change the music of Bowser's tut battle. 545A1C That value is 55, but if you change it to 54, or 53, you get different music... literally. 53 actually sounds like Toad Town. Try it out... 05 = Mario/Luigi Battle Music 06 = Bowser Battle Music 0D = Title Screen 0E = Tutorial Theme (seems to be repeated often) 28 = Tutorial Theme 29 = Tutorial Theme 30 = Crashes? 31 = Plack Beach 32 = Plack Beach (Inside Bowser's Body) 33 = Dimble Wood 34 = Dimble Wood (Inside Bowser's Body) 35 = Bowser's Castle 36 = Bowser's Castle (Inside Bowser's Body) 37 = Event/Fanfare 38 = Ruined Peach's Castle 39 = Ruined Peach's Castle (Inside Bowser's Body) 3A = Inside Bowser somewhere 3B = Inside Bowser somewhere 3C = Inside Bowser somewhere 3D = Inside Bowser somewhere 3E = Unknown 3F = Unknown 40 = Fawful's Theme 41 = Bowser's Unwelcomed Entrance to meeting. (Also might be Big Bowser?) 42 = Cavi Cape 43 = Cavi Cape (Inside Bowser's Body) 44 = Dark Star Theme 45 = Dark Star Theme (may differ from 44) 46 = Unknown 47 = Peach's Castle 48 = Blubble Lake 49 = Blubble Lake (Inside Bowser's Body) 4A = Blubble Lake, Underwater 4B = Blubble Lake, Underwater (Inside Bowser's Body) 4C = Broque Theme 4D = Unknown 4E = Inside Bowser Mini-Game music 4F = Battle Rewards Screen 50 = Tutorial Theme 51 = Blorbs! 52 = Tutorial Theme 53 = Toad Town 54 = Toad Town (Inside Bowser's Body) 55 = Battle Theme (Bros) 56 = Boss Theme (Bros) 57 = Battle theme (Bowser) 58 = Big Bowser Battle 59 = Practice/Trial Battle (when testing Special Moves) 5A = Final Boss Theme 5B = Unknown 5C = Attack Piece gain 5D = Title Screen 5E = Light Remix of Title Screen Edit: I think this is Battle Scripting. And it would seem that I missed this topic before, sorry about that. Is that the offset of the data that you located? I am interested in recording the songs listed. Have a nice day. Edit: Er, I already know that it is the pointer. Anyway, nice find! I shall see if I can record all of the songs, and then we will have a handy song list. Edited by Salanewt, Nov 6 2010, 09:09:38 PM.

Have a nice day! Oh wow, it's been a while. Um. Hi. I guess I can get back into M&L stuff sooner or later, it really has been ages. To use a sword, /\ and / again. | |

This is apparently battle scripting, so maybe I'll delete this topic and combine the information with the Scripting topic eventually? Anyway... The music command is x0202, which happens to be the second command in this script. I wonder what the first command (x0201) is? It's possible it could be music related, but then how are commands 0201, and 0202 different? Here are the first ten commands for the Bowser Tut Battle: (Battle Script 1000) 00545A0E 0201 00000000 ---- 0055 00545A16 0202 00000000 ---- 0055 (Set music) 00545A1E 0071 00000000 ---- 0018 FFFF 00545A28 0008 00000000 A000 0000 ([A000]=0) 00545A32 021C 00000000 A002 0004 00545A3C 0002 00000002 ---- 00 A002 00000000 000000000 002C (If-then jump +2C) 00545A4F 003B 00000000 ---- 08C3 00545A57 021A 00000000 A002 01 00545A60 0065 00000001 ---- A002 0004 (Load enemy 0004) 00545A6A 0069 00000001 ---- A002 Edited by Teawater, May 9 2013, 06:16:18 PM.

Hello. I'm new to this site, and edit these games, as I change the music of the game, in other words that the program used to change the number that identifies the song

I don't think the Editor had any script editing features for BIS? (Just viewing) Other than that, I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking? Might be reading it wrong, though. -- I googled you... Nice to see you are working on an RPG maker thing for M&L.... Looking closer at some of your images... well some may have the correct palette, and others may not. (It seems very close, though.) If you are ripping anything from Yoshi Magic, I recommend actually fixing the palette... (I didn't know about the error until much later.) I think reading (w/o posting) from Spriter's Resource might have led me into finding that out. (aka: 16bpp format colors on PC aren't exactly the same as on GBA... but close... so I had to convert to 32bpp.) The only place where I have fixed the palettes error is in the C# version... BUT... it only shows Superstar Saga field maps right now... (And I haven't really been working on it as much as I should.) Edited by Teawater, Dec 9 2015, 04:01:24 AM.
