Off out tonight, so the match report (which is likely to be very long) will be up tomorrow.

I'll just say this - every one of the players who pulled on a Grove shirt today (or two in Kinsey's case) did the club proud. They thoroughly deserved the ovation they got at the end

The best never say die performance ever witnessed in 17years, took the lead shots, kinsey could of made it 2-0, coalville went 2-1 up,Dyson sent off, coalville score on penalty in off the post. Skelton sent off, kinsey in goal and down to 9with 40minutes left, shots scores a blinder, coalville make it 4-2, shots hits his hatrick to make it 4-3.grove miss 2 easy chances to draw level and kinsey was near with a freekick after91minutes. We tore coalville apart and deserve all the accolades, fanstastic lads, yes the fans were all very proud, had some nice songs today, great fun

A day of mixed emotions.

Grove were an absolute credit to the travelling fans ( especially those who had nothing better to do ) and deserved so much more.

Everyone gave their all , and to compete in the way they did with 9 men and missing a golden chance to equalise says so much that was positive .

Shotton was awesome and so unlucky to be on the losing side .

Just got to say that Coldvilles ground is so poor I can't see how it would make the grade in the Premier league.

The last few weeks I've witnessed some of the most amazing performances ever ,but still in defeat I would rate yesterday's result as my top performance of all time. Coalville are a very fast forward thinking side, with alot if quality in their forward line up. But for anyside to put in such a skillful and workmanlike performance of that quality was quite simply breathtaking. Two players sent off, very harsh decisions, especially with what our players had to put up with. It was incredible to see 9man of the grove rip coalville apart, they really were hanging on for 40minutes. Chants of kinsey for England no 1shirt and shotton scores when he wants roared around the ground, I did say I would go on the pitch naked if we equalised luckily our very near misses saved the day .It would be hard to single out a man of the match, donnelly and parkinson were fab, kinsey was outstanding and showed great leadership qualities , but shots was out of this world ,leek game looks tasty now and I hope we get a decent gate because those hero's should get a standing applause on arrival Saturday. Very proud day for all the grove fans who made the journey to a very cold coalville. The free kick at the end summed up the game, kinsey came out of goal, jj stayed back, line up the free kick for a minute, while the coalville players argued with themselves and put 11players on the line virtually, kinsey curled it front 18yards and it looked goalbound at one point, two or three very near misses last five minutes when it looked harder to miss went begging, great, great, supper ,smashing effort from the lads.

At first I was upset when Ash Hill missed that golden chance to make it 4-4, but every cloud has a silver lining :P

What,s happened to our great analyst aka, Nathan ? I have been waiting for his usual pearls of wisdom on the game at Coalville to appear on the forum, surely with his unbounded loyalty to K,A,F,C he travelled, or am I mistaken?.

Alan, I do realise how lucky everyone was that they had no need to witness the sight of Reece "in the buff", a missed equalizing goal was a very small price to pay to be spared what would have been akin to having a horrible nightmare.
Reece in the total nuddy the very thought of it gives me an idea for a possble "get me out of here" trial in the next series.
