Average Att around 130 this season , with adult entry £7.

Could try Stoke City , average Att 27300 , with adult seat £30-£35 cheapest dependent on opposition.

Grove are very up and down with very little inbetween at the mo , but goals are pretty much guaranteed .

Stoke rarely concede , but rarely score either , but the atmosphere is very friendly with their fans proven to have very high IQ's and that there are 3 winners of mastermind who are season ticket holders.

Not yet met any of these at Grove , but Reece does hold the non league record for flags owned .

Ref/keeper bashing is a major sport for the Grove hardcore , with Reece being an ex member of Port Vales naughty 2 with Honda.

Clubhouse ok , much cheaper than Stoke re beer and queuing is usually at a minimum !

All in all , try both as they both have there merits !

would rarther support kidsgrove than watch stoke city plus do not want to pay £30 -£35 a ticket

plus non league teams need all the support & money they can get ..

£7 a match is defo worth coming to the games, cant grumble at all at them prices .

Hughes2 ,
Welcome to The Grove forum and hopefully to The Seddon stadium, I myself am fairly new to The Grove fan club being in my third season.
Here on this excellent forum feel free to extract the urine out of any Stoke Shitty fans ( their leader being a certain Craftman)who frequent this super forum, the reason that they use this forum is to bring some entertainment into their football life due to the fact that being a Stoke Shitty fan tends to addle what little brains they have.
For sensible and knowledgable football views you are most certainly better associating with Reece or myself as our depth of knowledge about the beautiful game is far more extensive, you can also pick up a fair amount from one or two of our Leek Town contributers as well as some from Alsager Town (The Bullets).
Grove have been struggling a little so far this season but the last two matches have seen a vast improvement in both the performances and the results, long may it continue.
At the ground you will find a refreshment hut with some super food on offer particularly the Burgers at only £2 ,although not a chip eater I am told that they ain,t bad either. The bar is ok a couple of different beers and also lagers on offer, being a vicars son I refrain from partaking of the "devils brew"as I,m sure you will understand.
Once again welcome, and when you do come down to the ground be sure to find the flag waving fraternity (usually behind the opponents goals )who will make you feel very welcome as they did for me when I first arrived, a great bunch of lads(and lassies).

Hughes22,
No need to wait for the Coalville Town match, there is a good game at the Seddon this Saturday involving the reserve team ,I personally do not travel to first team away games so I get my "fix" watching the second team.
K,O, 2pm versus Market Drayton, if you find yourself at a loose end then come and give the lads the once over, it is the Staffs County League, Prem Div, Seen one or two cracking games this season, the Manager Carl is very abley assisted by Scott a new coach this term who has got the lads playing some decent stuff.
Think it costs a couple of quid entrance don,t know for sure cos I have a season ticket, the bar is usually open .
If you find your way down to the ground then have a stroll round to the home team dugout where you can enjoy some banter with the subs and and the line official.

Thanks mate, being a decrepit old git I get my season ticket on the cheap so I really had no idea what the real cost was.
Baptismn of fire for Shawcross last night, I felt sorry for the lad having to come on so late in the game against a striker who was running riot , I think Shawcross is among the the top 5 central defenders in the Prem and should have started the game.
Not very often I critisise Joe Hart but he looked well off of his usual form last night, thought he was to blame for at least two of the goals in fact he never looked comfortable all through the game.
At one point I thought that Butch Wilkins had put on an England shirt again so many "across the park" and backwards passes from the England midfield, its ok trying to play like Spain but for me last night England looked like Spain without the"S", incidentally what has Crouchy done to not figure at least on the subs bench ?.
Can I start a petition to get that moron Adrian Chiles off of the tv screen he has a face like a smacked a--se, is clueless about football, his tactic is to listen to the others on the panel and then to express the same views with different words, would make an ideal candidate for "I,m a celeberaty"not as a player but one of the infamous trials that they put them through, possibly "a creepy crawly"type test.
