Good to see that the reserves got a point at the Bullets yesterday, never an easy place to go .
Did it without Woodsy and Nicko so the lads must have played out of their skins, next home match is against Eccleshall Saturday 17/11 K,O,2 pm, if anyone isn,t going away with the first team why not spend a couple of quid and get down to The Seddon to support the lads.
This season I have seen most of their home games and a couple of aways and thoroughly enjoyed watching the effort and commitment laced with some nice football at times.
Next Saturday is no walk in the park against Eccleshall as I believe Kev Reeves went there, could be a bit of needle and banter between Kev and myself but knowing Reevesy it will be all part of the afternoon, in any case I don,t think Kev would expect anything else.
Don,t know if Dave Shaw played yesterday but if he did why no goals? ,after last weeks game against Norton, the way he played I thought he was hitting a purple patch and would start banging them in.
Put it in your diary, Sat 17/11 Seddon stadium 2pm kick off.
Come on down and bring plenty of mint sweets cos its like giving strawberrys to a donkey giving them to Scott, be warned a quarter is not enough, and Bully is also partial to them. lol :)

Craftman,
If that is an invite for me to travel then thank you for the offer but travelling is not on the agenda for me any more due to circimstances, as for you promising to "behave ", since when have you been less than gentlemanly, a model of decorum, very reserved and with panache to boot ?(whoops there goes that flying pig again) lol.
Good result for Stoke yesterday, points that were needed, in fact in some ways a six pointer.what with Grove winning, Leek winning,Stoke winning,Crewe winning
(coming from 2 down) Vale making a draw, with so much quality soccer around this area we have to be careful in case S,A,G, hankers for a move on to our patch, mind you he would miss his trips into the smoke where he fraternises with his London buddies.
The match at The Seddon on Saturday will give me my weekly "fix ", plus I have the added bonus of taking the proverbial out of Kev Reeves.

Coop ,
Thanks mate, thats rather put a damper on proceedings I was looking forward to a few verbals with Kev,do you know where he has gone to?.
Not seen you down at The Seddon recently, but I know you are pretty busy, you are most welcome to come down, the last couple of games have been pretty entertaining, still conceding too many goals but if we manage to score more than the opponents then I suppose it is O,K, although I do like to see a clean sheet.
