With heavy rain forcast for all day on friday, ive got me fingers crossed that saturdays match will go ahead!! Must admit the pitch looked fantastic last night and hopefully it can soak up the rain!!
This is a really exciting game and with no game for Stoke, the people of Kidsgrove should get out and support there local club!!

Good point - we need to put it about a bit that there is a game worth watching down the grove on Saturday - and the fact that we could go top might bring a few more in as well. Spread the word! Also, compared to Stoke, it is a cheap day out - £6 quid, kids under 14 free, kids over 14 and OAPs £3 - GREAT VALUE! (Still about cheapest in Unibond League as well).

I'll also try to get more posters up around the Kidsgrove/Butt lane/Whitehill areas - if anyone knows somewhere that will have a poster up in their shop let me know.

It would be great to have a big crowd Saturday to cheer the lads on.

I've been dwn ground today and pitch still looks in reasonable nick, which is credit to Dave Bourne, the groundsman. I think it will take a hell of a lot of rain before it would be called off, particularly when we haven't got another home game til December 5th.
